XCELEADER FELLOWSHIP 

Our Fellows join a vibrant community of student leaders collaboratively working to expand the influence of historically black colleges and universities. Through the Xceleader campaign fellowship program, leaders are taught the elements of effective student advocacy and learn how to translate undeveloped ideas into fully evolved campus initiatives.

VOTE HBCU 

This summer, Xceleader partnered with the Collective to launch our National #VoteHBCU program. This program aims to address voter engagement within the HBCU community through the veins of voter education and registration on HBCU campuses.

XCELEADHER 

This fall, Xceleader launched our XceleadHER program which aims to support women leaders on HBCU campuses across the country. XceleadHER empowers women leaders through programmatic events and trainings focused on leadership development.

LEADERSHIP XCHANGE NETWORK

Xceleader has built a network of 100+ past and present HBCU students to connect generations of leaders across all HBCU campuses. We recognize that there is power in collaborative leadership and this work begins with building a community of dedicated leaders willing to usher in positive change for our beloved institutions.
