No. The XceleadHer Fellowship is completely free to all selected participants.
Yes. As a Fellow, you're expected to fully engage in the programming. This is a commitment to yourself and your growth—and we take it seriously.
Yes. All major travel costs for the Summit (transportation, lodging, meals) will be covered for selected Fellows.
Not at this time. The Fellowship is currently open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors enrolled at 4-year HBCUs.
We’re looking for students who are authentic, driven, and ready to lead in their communities and beyond. Leadership looks different on everyone—so whether you're leading a student org or organizing a food drive, we want to hear your story.
Yes—as long as you're currently enrolled full-time at a U.S.-based 4-year HBCU and meet all other requirements.
